Answer:
To prevent entering the wind shear conditions, there is a special system on each modern aircraft, which identifies wind shear conditions during takeoff and landing. Wind shear is very dangerous for aircraft due to fast changing of wind speed and direction, it can lead to loss of speed and altitude on approach. In worse cases it can lead to crash.

In other words, being aware of wind shear allows pilots to react promptly and adjust their approach or departure, reducing the risk of sudden altitude or speed changes that could be dangerous.
